For years, I have felt the prompting to create something where I can share my words, inspiration, and faith through social media. I have had countless people tell me that they have felt comforted by my words, and grateful for the things I’ve shared. This semester, I finally decided to brand myself as a social influencer for good in the world. This is the Token Life.
I branded myself as a blogger and vlogger on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Over the course of 3 months, my blog has had over 600 views and continues to increase daily.
I created an introduction video for the vlog that has reached over 400 views, 15 comments and an engagement score of 62. I have gained 68 subscribers thus far as well.
I created sponsored ads for both Facebook and Instagram, that will run over the course of the next two weeks.
I measured my success on the level of engagement, reach, likes, shares, and word of mouth. As of right now, this is the post that has performed the best.
What was the impact?
The greatest part of all of this, has been the moments where people walk up to me or send me a message saying that they’re so glad I’ve done this. Sure, the numbers might not reflect much, but it’s when a person tells you the difference you’re making in their life and how they’re telling others about it… that’s the impact.
