Fine Art is not a simple term to be defined.

For this fine art competition I decided to put my editing skills to the test and come up with a fine art piece that is outside of my comfort zone. When I think of fine art I first think of landscape or nature photography. However fine art is not just a pretty picture of mountains. Fine art can be paintings, portraits, graphic design and so much more.

I first took a picture of my own of a wonderful model, Savannah.

Then I found two copyright free images on to combine with the portrait of Savannah.

The most difficult part of combining these images was finding a balance between showing off Savannah’s features while making the other parts of the images recognizable. I ended up using the same photo three times to add more birds sillouhette to the piece.

I love how this turned out, tell me your thoughts and find me at
