This is a photo a took for my Comm 300 class. I used a Canon DLSR Camera, Macro tubes, an LED light, and a Zoom lens. Before this class I had never done macro photography, but I thought this picture turned out really well!

For this image I put a couple water drops on the stem of a pepper and placed a lemon behind it to bring in more color. I put the LED light close to the pepper on the left side and started taking pictures. I had to get my camera very close to the subject and use the zoom to get the water drop in perfect focus. I like that the water drop is sharp and you can see the light through it.

This is my first semester taking photography classes and it is so much fun! I am loving photography and this chance to enter into a contest!
