During the first week of Comm 316, we learned about the SQIBB technique. Basically, you use a flash to get a plain black background on your photos.
Well, I really love product photography, I think it is just so much fun, so I decided to take a picture of my laptop, Geoffrey. I propped him up against the side of the couch and got the flash exactly where I wanted it.

But I wanted to make it an advertisement. So, I added text and logos, and more white space. I also cleaned up some of the little flaws on the laptop, since this was for an advertisement.

I had lots of fun and really enjoy product photography. Making an image an advertisement is also very fun.
